A Time for Growing, Learning, and Deepening Our Life in Christ

Rooted in Scripture: Faith, Tradition, and Transformation

Taught by Mr. Anthony Ally, each week, we explore the Holy Scriptures through the lens of the Orthodox Church, drawing on the Wisdom of the Church Fathers, liturgical life, and sacred Tradition of the Church. Whether we’re walking through the daily reading, reflecting on a feast day or saint of the day, or discussing practical aspects of Orthodox life, the goal is always the same: to encounter Christ more fully, more real.

These sessions are open to inquirers, catechumens, newly received Orthodox Christians, and lifelong faithful who want to go deeper in their understanding of Scripture and the life of the Church. Join us.

For Inquirers and Catechumens

Depending on the spiritual development of the catechumen, catechetical teaching in Orthodoxy in America can span anywhere from three months to a year, rather than the three years that were normal during the time of St. John Chrysostom.

A Catechism Guidebook of all of our classes of the course of studies is available to download here.

Catechumen and Inquirer Courses: Classes are held after Coffee Hour each Sunday. All are welcome, not just catechumens.
